In one of the videos you can see the individual pulling a sword out of a leather sheath and waving it in the air. The filming was done at night, right on the street, in Unirii Square. The individual insults Vandam (Constantin Vandam) and Jean “Brăileanu ‘” (Jean Mărăraș).

He also uttered some insults, inviting the two targeted rivals to meet with him to settle their accounts.
Ştefan Andrei Boncu moved to the Polyvalent Hall area

Following these posts, the law enforcement officers were notified about the commission of some crimes. Ștefan Andrei Boncu (44 years old) was taken for questioning by the police. According to the information held, Ștefan Boncu is a relative of the Corduneanu clan. Investigators claimed that in the past, the individual had other problems, both with regard to road legislation and with various scandals.
