Operative Vitaly Manasyan was fired from the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police a few hours after a scandal in a capital restaurant, during which he did not share a table with another visitor, the head of the Committee for Infrastructure Development of the Federation of Employers and businessman Maksym Shkil, and was rude to the employees of the establishment.

On the morning of April 21, there was a conflict between patrons of the cafe “Goodwine” in the capital. According to Maksym Shkil, he ordered a table in advance, and when he arrived at the restaurant, he was informed that another man was sitting behind him, who, after being informed about the reservation of the table, began insulting the restaurant’s employees.
The school added that the man threatened him, but then he still left. He also noted that Manasyan Vitaly was an employee of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police.
Later, the National Police confirmed to the publication that it was indeed their employee.
“Employees of the department studied the post on social networks, talked with the institution’s administration and witnesses, after which they agreed with the head of the National Police, Ivan Vyhivskyi, to dismiss the operational commissioner,” the article says.
In addition, the head of the Department of Strategic Investigations, Andrii Rubel, noted that employees who dishonor the honor and high rank of an officer with shameful behavior violate ethical rules of conduct and have no place in the police.
