The Russian invaders launched a cruise missile towards Podil in Kyiv. Ukrainian air defense systems shot down a missile, the remnants fell on a five-story residential building, Anton Gerashchenko, an adviser to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, said on Telegram. The State Emergency Service reported that there were dead, and also asked Gerashchenko not to “shine” the shelling points.

“20 minutes ago, our air defense worked over Kiev, shot down a rocket, the remnants fell on a house in Podil,” Gerashchenko wrote.

The press secretary of the State Emergency Service of Kyiv said that as a result of another shelling, there were dead. Accurate information on the number of victims will be later.
She also appealed to Anton Gerashchenko, urging him to stop “surrendering” points to the Russian occupiers who “underfired” the Russian troops. According to her, for the third time today Gerashchenko named the exact address where enemy shells hit.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said one person was killed and six people were injured. Two of them were taken by ambulance. The trolley bus was also completely destroyed, there were no passengers there. Glass flew out, balconies of neighboring houses and commercial premises on the first floors were damaged.
