Snapchat recently announced a prominent update that will allow iPad users to run the app on their devices, 13 years after it was only available on iPhones.
Despite this important addition, it should be noted that the current version of the application only supports portrait mode and does not allow switching to landscape mode, which means that the update may not be optimized to meet the needs of users on Apple tablets yet.
In addition, the update includes new features based on artificial intelligence, such as the ability to interact with the “My AI” feature to create reminders or start a countdown.
The app is currently available for free on the App Store, and requires a device running iOS 13 or later.
