Contacted by BFM Paris, the Paris City Hall affirms that this testimony triggered an internal investigation. “As soon as the facts were reported on Twitter, we requested an urgent internal investigation and we made sure that the person concerned is no longer in the City”, she reacts.

It also specifies that the accused individual is no longer in post but retired since October 1, 2019. “He no longer seems to have a post in direct contact with children since April 1996”, specifies- she.
