Steam sales have been my nemesis for years: even though I already have a miserably high pile of shame with interesting games, there are always new titles that whisper a seductive “buy me!” at me. As soon as I’m curious enough about a new game principle, an idea or a story, I just have to try what excites me!

Frickeln during the holidays was exactly the right relaxation therapy for Gloria to let her soul dangle for a few days. The fact that there were still humorous moments, a funny campaign and cute animations in Spellcaster University was just right for her for a few days off.

The same thing happened to me with Spellcaster University: The time until the release of Hogwarts Legacy was just too long for me as a Potterhead. A month like this can be really bad – a build-up game, which is about the training of future magicians and enchantresses, just pushed all the buttons in my head.

I can tell you this much right away: I have no regrets about the purchase! Spellcaster University has given you a few days of stress-free fun – including a bit of Hogwarts feeling.
