The rough texture of the frits improves the adhesive’s adhesion to the glass, ensuring a secure bond and preventing moisture penetration.

Frits also hide unevenness and sealant leaks, creating a neat look for the glass. In addition, they reduce the light difference between the glass and the body, reducing the likelihood that the driver will be blinded by bright lights.
