Pravasi Welfare Riyadh Women’s Section organized an evening discussion on the theme ‘Women in the Digital Age’ as part of Women’s Day. Provincial Vice President Adv. Reg inaugurated the programme. She said that women should rise in educational, political and social fields.
Dr. Naseema, Jolly John, Shereen Shamsuddin, Nikhila Sameer, Rahmat Ashraf (KMCC) Safia Teacher, Dr. Najina, Shaibina Teacher, Shadia Shahjahan and Abdia Shafeena gave speeches.
Discussions were held on various topics like individual, family, society, politics and social justice. Secretary Shahnaz Sahil led the discussion. Cover page of writer Nikhila Sameer’s poetry collection ‘Neeum Nilavum’ Adv. Released by Reggie and Safia Teacher. Hasna Ayub Khan sang. A children’s dance performance was also staged on the theme of Saudi Flag Day.
