On May 8, an accident occurred in the Kramatorsk park: on the negligence of the operator of the attraction, passengers collided with the steps. This was reported with reference to eyewitnesses Kramatorsk 24 and posted a video showing that an ambulance was called to the victim after the incident.
“On May 8 at 19:00 an accident occurred in the Jubilee Park. Due to the negligence of the operator of the attraction, who forgot to remove the metal steps under the attraction, it is scary for the legs to imagine what. They called the police and an ambulance – we are waiting for further decisions !!!” in the message.
It is also noted that the height of the attraction is 30 meters.
The police press service reported that the proceedings are underway on this fact – “negligence or accident will be established within the framework of open criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 271 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of labor protection legislation).”
According to the publication, the administration of the park said that the accident occurred at the attraction of a private entrepreneur who rents a site on the territory of the park and the parents of the injured girl did not present any claims to him. Moreover, the park administration added that the attraction continues to operate after being checked by the police.
