There are many architectural barriers in the temple. There will be an elevator at the top of the building (from the parking lot side), thanks to which people with disabilities will be able to get to the upper church.
Over half a million in funding
The parish received over PLN 500,000 in funding from the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons for this task. – There is also a solid contribution from the parish. We call this project “Elevator” to capture the essence of the matter, but it also includes an induction loop, a device for people with hearing problems. If they find themselves in the area of this loop, they will hear very well what is happening in the church. Apparently it works on 95 percent of devices available on the market used by people with hearing problems – Fr. told us recently.
