The most famous Czech singer Karel Gott had a very warm relationship with cars, which is a well-known thing. He also liked Mercedes-Benz cars.

And just one Mercedes that once belonged to Gott is currently for sale. It is a class E sedan of the W210 generation in the 420 version, which means the presence of an atmospherically filled eight-cylinder petrol engine under the hood.
The V8 has a volume of 4.2 liters, gives 205 kW and 400 Nm and, in conjunction with the automatic transmission, sends the car from standstill to 100 km / h in 6.3 seconds. At least the manufacturer stated these numbers for the new car.

Thanks to this, we know that Mercedes was sold as a new one in the Czech Republic in 1997, it was acquired by the GOJA agency, which Gott owned at the time with producer František Janeček. A few months later, the agency rewrote the car to a singer – he drove it with him for a little over a year in 1997 and 1998.
