An earthquake felt in Finistère

A 4.5 magnitude earthquake occurred off the Brittany coast this Saturday. The tremors were felt as far as Brest and Quimper.

Earthquake off Brittany. An earthquake of magnitude 4.7 took place at sea this Saturday, in the early afternoon, off the coast of Finistère, reports the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center EMSC, which specifies that there was no risk of a tsunami.

The tremors were felt as far as Brest and Quimper around 1 p.m. The latter was located a hundred kilometers from the epicenter of the earthquake. No damage has also been reported.
