Just promoted to Ligue 1, Toulouse FC has just formalized its first summer recruit. A Moroccan international who played in the Netherlands settles in the pink city.

Toulouse FC flew over Ligue 2 last season. The reigning champions will therefore return to Ligue 1. Mission maintenance for Toulouse this season, whilethere will be four straight downgrades, due to the move to 18 clubs in Ligue 1 next season. To maintain itself, TéFéCé needs to strengthen and lhe club has announced a first recruit this Friday, June 24.
Aboukhlal signs in Toulouse
Zakaria Aboukhlal, 22-year-old Moroccan striker, arrives in Toulouse. It is even international with Morocco and has 11 selections for 2 goals scored. The player arrives from AZ Alkmaara club in the Eredivisie, the Dutch first division. Last season, Aboukhlal scored 5 goals in 34 league matches.

The 22-year-old striker spoke about his arrival in France. “I am very happy to sign for Toulouse, TéFéCé is a historic club in France. It’s a new step in my career, I hope to take a new step and become even more competitive. I want to make the fans and the club happy. » did he declare. Zakaria Aboukhlal will wear number 6 with Toulouse this season.
