The potentially dangerous asteroid 2004 UE, measuring 170 to 380 meters in diameter, will fly close to Earth in mid-November, according to information on the website of one of NASA’s departments.
It will approach the Earth at a minimum distance on November 13.
The asteroid estimates that the asteroid will fly more than 4 million kilometers around our planet, which is more than 11 times the distance from Earth to the moon.
Asteroid 2004 UE is part of the Apollo group, potentially dangerous asteroids whose flight projections intersect with Earth’s orbit. The first observation of the asteroid is from 2004. The next time an asteroid will fly so close to Earth will be in 2051.
