Operatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine detained a citizen of the Russian Federation, Andrei Valentinovich Kosyak, born in 1978. Weapons and ammunition were seized from the man.

According to the document, the man was born in the city of Alchevsk, Luhansk region.

It is reported that the detainee is also suspected of committing a serious crime in 2010 in accordance with article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (premeditated murder).
