The National Assembly (AN) approved this March 31, the proposal for the Organic Law on Asset Forfeiture, which was presented by the deputy Diosdado Cabello, after learning about several arrests for corruption.
In this context, Cabello warned special judges in corruption cases: “Know that if it is determined that you end up negotiating with those involved, the same procedure will be applied to you as those involved.“, he expressed.
In the same way, the also first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), said that before the “parties of opposition sectors”: “That party is going to end when its corrupt appear“, he said, for which he warned that” lThe assets of the Nation are destined for the welfare of the people”.
He also expressed “We are not interested in the political color of which they are, anyone who is linked to corruption issues; get ready We are not going to stop whoever falls“.
