The appellate court issued its ruling in view of the evidence collected in the case, after discussing the arguments of the parties and complying with the law.

The appellate judges considered that at the time of the investigation, the prerequisites in the law for the detention of the accused were available, namely – a reasonable assumption that he was complicit in the act for which he was held responsible, and a danger of committing a crime.
