The mythical board game will have a television adaptation after the fun film of the eighties
Surely on more than one occasion you have said that about “The Professor killed Miss Celeste with the Candelabrum in the Library”. And is that the Cluedo is a board game that practically all generations have played at some time in our lives.
In the eighties a film adaptation was released in cinemas, The Game of Suspiciondirected by Jonathan Lynn and starring, among others, by Tim Curry. Since then, remakes have been talked about on more than one occasion (the last with Jason Bateman as director and Ryan Reynolds as protagonist), but they have never finished seeing the light.
However, today it has been announced that an animation series of the franchise is underway in the hands of 20th Century Studios (aka Disney), with which everything indicates that its destination will be the STAR or HULU platform.
To carry out the project, Fox joined forces with eOne and Bento Box Entertainment. The latter will be in charge of animating the series.
