An agreement between Dubai Financial and the Shanghai Stock Exchange allows the development of joint products

The Dubai Financial Market – Nasdaq Dubai and the Shanghai Stock Exchange announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to strengthen relations between the capital markets in Dubai and China, as this strategic partnership represents a milestone in the path of international cross-border cooperation.

The Dubai Market stated in a statement that the new agreement aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, expertise and information, in addition to enhancing efficiency and transparency between the two markets. It also opens the way for the development of joint products, especially those that are linked to the two markets together, such as indices and traded investment funds, in addition to offering products. Related to environmental, social and corporate governance practices.

The agreement also aims to introduce companies and bond issuers to the advantages of dual listing, and enable them to access growth opportunities in both markets.
