From July 22 to July 24, the “String unplugged” festival will be held at the Kazdanga parish recreation center “Lauku sūrosts”.
This will be the second festival of its kind to celebrate the acoustic guitar, and the musicians will continue to prove that music in an acoustic version can be very powerful. With their “unplugged programs” in the “Stīga” festival, such well-known names in domestic rock music as “Dzelzs Wilks”, “The Adventures of Pienvedėja Piedživjujumi”, Jānis Buķelis or Buks & Arta, “Rūsa”, “Inqognito”, Dambis (“Innokentijs Marples”) will take part in the “Stīga” festival. , Robis (“Judas Graši”), “Zōna”, “Among similar” and also Georgian musician Shota Adamashvili.
There will be two stages on the territory of the festival: “Centre” – for invited Musicians and “Green Stage” – for anyone who wants to be on it, so everyone is invited to bring their guitars and use the opportunity to show themselves.
The “Strings” program will be complemented by various travel and adventure storytellers, a wakeboard carnival, night dances, morning swimming, attractions, competitions.
