The accident will be investigated by an inspector appointed by the state labor inspectorate, with the participation of the company’s administration and employee representatives. The management of the company cannot yet name the reasons for this accident.
“We are deeply shocked by the accident and express our sincere condolences to the relatives of the deceased colleague. We keep in touch with them and are ready to provide relatives with all kinds of help. We are cooperating with the services investigating the incident and we assure you that we will take all measures to prevent such accidents in the future”, says Regvita Ivanovienė, temporary general director of AB Lifosa.
