The proposal from the FRP top came in connection with a discussion on Facebook, during a post written by FpU county leader Emil André Taftø in Troms and Finnmark. It reports VG.
In the post, Taftø thanked his local team members for their efforts in the election campaign.
– FpU has not contributed anything in my election campaign. Thank you, but no thank you, Amundsen writes in one of the comments below the post.
He accuses FpU of being more like the Liberal Party than the FRP and believes they need adult help.
– FpU is no longer for the benefit of Frp, writes Amundsen.
Although Frp fell in both Troms and Finnmark, Amundsen was re-elected as a parliamentary representative from Troms.
Several in the party oppose the former Minister of Justice, including the leader of Stavanger Frp, Mats Danielsen, who writes that Amundsen is the one he is most embarrassed about being in the same party as.
FRP leader Sylvi Listhaug also says she disagrees with Amundsen.
– I completely disagree with Per-Willy. FpU has made a formidable effort in the school election and made the greatest progress of all parties. It is thanks to skilled FpUs all over the country. I am very proud of them, Listhaug writes.
