Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) recorded a slight correction this week. One of them is due to negative signals from the Central Bank of the United States (US) which will soon raise its benchmark interest rate.

Launching from Refinitiv throughout this week, the national benchmark stock exchange index fell 0.12% on a yearly basis point-to-point to the level of 6,693.40. Even though it closed in red in the first three trading days, the correction was able to be trimmed after the JCI was able to finish in the green zone.

Although the JCI weakened, foreign investors recorded a net purchase of Rp 2.57 trillion in a week, however inflow The massive scale is not strong enough to make domestic financial assets show a positive performance.

The total transaction value last week fell 13.08 percent to Rp 57.65 trillion. Trading volume reached 93.80 billion and was transacted 6.83 million times.

In the midst of less than optimal JCI conditions this week, several stocks posted a sizeable correction and became the top losers this week.

According to data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the top five stocks losers this week, each lost more than a quarter of its market cap.

In the first position, there are shares of issuers producing wet wipes, non-woven fabrics, and other health products, namely PT Falmaco Nonwoven Industri Tbk (FLMC) which plunged 35.50% to a price level of Rp 218/unit, from last week’s price of Rp. 338/unit. The previous week this stock also led the stock with the biggest price declines, with a correction of more than 30%.

Although the IDX has included FLMC shares under special monitoring due to unusual stock movements or unusual market activity (UMA) in trading at the end of 2021, this stock price continued to decline and was always closed in the red zone.

While from the row top losers On the other hand, there are two shares of MNC Group media issuers, namely PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk (MSKY) shares and PT MNC Vision Networks Tbk (IPTV) shares.

MSKY shares fell 28.64 percent to a price level of Rp 304/unit this week, from last week’s price of Rp 426/unit. Meanwhile, IPTV shares fell 25% to Rp 90/unit this week, from last week’s Rp 120/unit.
