The evening of Saturday, August 19, was a long-awaited date for 12 years, to meet the fans of the Egyptian artist, Amr Diab, in Lebanon. The number of attendees at the concert in Beirut was estimated at 18,000, amid special security measures.
The ceremony enjoyed great interaction on communication platforms in Lebanon, in celebration of the awaited night of the “plateau”, and in criticism of the pledge form that journalists attending the ceremony were asked to sign, and it included clauses denounced by Lebanese journalists.
