Krisdayanti and Raul Lemos’ daughter, Amora Lemos, is reportedly on a diet. Amora managed to lose 10 kilograms (kg) in 3 months.
Amora revealed that the diet she lived was reducing certain foods. These foods include types of food that are unhealthy if consumed a lot.
“So the diet program was like that for 3 months. My food can’t have flour, oil, sugar. It’s really possible, but not really chocolate,” said Amora.
Krisdayanti explained that her daughter went on a diet of her own volition. According to the mother of four, Amora is currently in a transition period from child to teenager.
“So he lost 10 kilograms, which is pretty good. He wants it, because he’s transitioning to be a teenager,” said Krisdayanti.
Krisdayanti also said that her daughter’s diet program had a positive impact. Amora is now easy to find clothes according to her size.
“He is more comfortable, lighter, he wants to appear more his age, wear clothes that are easy to find,” said Krisdayanti.
Going on a diet isn’t just about limiting your intake of lots of food, Mother. A healthy diet is limiting foods that can be bad for health.
Flour and sugar diet
In the medical world, there is what is known as a simple carbohydrate diet. During this diet, we are required to reduce sugar and flour intake. Reported Everyday Health, Too much sugar and starch sends a rush of glucose into the bloodstream, creating high sugar levels.
The flour and sugar diet program can indeed help you lose weight. Foods containing sugar and flour can affect the body’s calories.
But even if you avoid consuming flour and sugar, that doesn’t mean you can eat other foods as you please. Mothers must continue to limit other food intake which can also affect weight gain.
