Amir Khan’s wife Faryal Makhdoom has furiously slammed the UK government for introducing travel restrictions for people leaving from Dubai.
The 29-year-old social media star appeared to criticize the decision and called the government a “dictatorship.”
It comes after Faryal flew to Dubai in December, despite revealing to fans that she had symptoms of Covid-19 shortly before her flight.
Faryal’s latest criticism comes after the UK government announced Dubai had been removed from the UK’s travel corridor, meaning travelers would now have to self-isolate for 10 days upon arrival.
The decision was made after the United Arab Emirates recorded a 52% increase in Covid-19 cases.

All travelers will also need to undergo a negative Covid-19 PCR test obtained within 72 hours of travel.
Taking to Snapchat, Faryal hit on the decision.
“The UK government has let the UK down,” she wrote to fans.

The mother of three added: “New rules on every corner with virtually no warning. I have the impression of living in a dictatorship. “
His remarks come as many social media influencers flee Dubai before the latest Covid travel rules go into effect.
In December, Faryal revealed to her followers that she had lost her sense of taste and therefore had not eaten well for about two weeks.
At the time, the influencer told her Instagram followers that she had lost 6 pounds: “Because I don’t eat properly.

While people with symptoms of Covid-19 should not fly, Faryal and Amir flew to Dubai and shared many vacation photos during their time there.
The family were also criticized earlier in August after they “broke the lockdown rules” by hosting Eid celebrations at their home.
While Faryal criticized the latest quarantine restrictions, others hailed the move as long overdue.

Many have been criticized for traveling when the UK faced a nationwide lockdown and for not practicing social distancing in a sunny location.
