The government of Djibouti has obtained a loan from the African Development Bank to cover the cost of the Support Project for Capacity Building in the Health Sector, and intends to use part of the sums granted to finance consulting services. These services include: the recruitment of an individual consultant for the operationalization of Universal Health Insurance (AMU).
