Americans made a film about mutated coronavirus CoViD-23

On October 29, a trailer for the action-packed film Songbird appeared on the Web. The Americans made a movie about the coronavirus, which may come after CoViD-19. In the new picture, the infection will be called CoViD-23, and it will affect a good half of the population of the States.

According to the plot, self-isolation has been going on for four years, the virus has mutated, and the authorities have found no other way to deal with it, how to lock the infected in special quarantine zones, from where no one has yet escaped. The main character is a courier who is immune to infection, but his girlfriend lives in daily fear that she might be taken away from where they do not return. And so she got infected, because of which the guy has to make a dangerous march through the empty Los Angeles for the only thing that can save his beloved. The passion is heating up that the couple can only communicate remotely.

The main character is played by 23-year-old KJ Apa, known for the teenage TV series “Riverdale”, the girl is Sofia Carson, from the musical “Heirs”. Also starring: Bradley Whitford, Demi Moore and Alexandra Daddario. The producer is Michael Bay, who has produced the films Armageddon and Transformers.

There is no release date for the film yet.
