American skater Adam Rippon reacted sharply to the apologies of Olympic champion Alexei Yagudin, who had previously unflattering comments about an athlete from the United States for making a donation to the fund for helping black transgender people.
Rippon noted that Yagudin wished him dead for helping black transgender people, because of which the American decided to make another donation of $ 1,000, but on behalf of the Russian athlete.
“He apologized, but I do not accept his word. He can take his apologies, homophobia, transphobia, racist comments, his Olympic gold medal and put them in his ass, ”Rippon wrote on his Twitter.
Rippon is the bronze medalist of the 2018 Olympic Games in team competitions.
Earlier, Yagudin responded to allegations of drunkenness and beating of journalists.
