American rapper FBG Cash shot dead in the street

At 5:30 a.m. (local time), rapper FBG Cash was shot dead in his car. He was in the car with an unknown woman when another vehicle pulled up next to them and the rapper was shot several times.

The two were taken to hospital, but the man was later pronounced dead. The identity of the woman, who was next to the rapper in the car, is not known. She was also hit in her left arm and in her back. She is said to be in critical condition.

The shooter is said to be still on the run.
