The Las Vegas Raiders have suffered a significant setback in the battle for a playoff spot in the National Football League. The team of coach Jon Gruden lost to the Los Angeles Chargers with 27:30 after extra time.
Quarterback Derek Carr also suffered a groin injury in the first quarter and never returned to the field. Due to the seventh defeat of the season, the Raiders now have only minimal chances of a place in the knockout round with two remaining games.
