American Film Actor Keith Jefferson Passes Away at Age 54 After Battle with Cancer

American film actor Keith Jefferson has died in the United States. He passed away at the age of 54 after a battle with cancer.

This is reported by “The Hollywood Reporter” citing his representative Nicole St. John.

The first to respond to the message was actor Jamie Foxx, a close friend of Jefferson. They met while attending college in San Diego and worked together in the second half of the 1990s. During that period, Jefferson appeared in two episodes of The Jamie Foxx Show.

“It hurts. Keith, you were absolute grace, your heart was pure, your love was immeasurable, you were an amazing soul. We will all miss you dearly. It will take a long time to get over the loss. Goodbye my friend. I love you.” he wrote under the last joint photo with Keith.

The cause of the actor’s death was cancer. In August of this year, the actor spoke about the diagnosis on his Instagram page.

Keith Jefferson was born on April 7, 1970 in Houston. He successfully completed a bachelor’s degree program in musical theater at San Diego International University and then received a master’s degree in acting from the University of Arizona. Keith’s film career began with his debut role in the film “Boys on the Side” (1995).

However, the actor gained real fame thanks to small but striking roles in films directed by Quentin Tarantino. He played Pudgy Ralph in Django Unchained (2012), Charlie in The Hateful Eight (2015) and the Land Pirate Whale in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019).

Let us remind you that the popular actress and star of the television series “Wild ‘N Out” Jackie O died after having a buttock augmentation.
