These unleashed a domino effect, since flight crews did not get to where they should be, leading to further delays, cancellations and inconvenience at airports such as LaGuardia, JFK, Newark, Los Angeles International, O’Hare International, Charlotte Douglas International, Miami International, and others across the country.
