/ world today news/ The fact that the United States has long and firmly become the abode of two different types or breeds of people, Democrats and Republicans, is not new. The news is if (when) it becomes apparent that they can no longer physically live within a country. That is, then America will turn into Ukraine, where hatred for the other breed of former compatriots will cross some fatal border, beyond which one will have to forget about the unified state.
How realistic is this in the case of the United States and, most importantly, what thoughts and sentiments are pushing this line? And if you ask the question even more strictly: where does real Nazism begin? Like, for example, in Ukraine, where there have been years of mass atrocities in the eastern part of the country?
America has little left. Such thoughts are suggested by the quite typical article for her Democrats in their main newspaper “Washington Post” that the split has gone too far – “we have become two different nations”. Namely: “red” (Republican) and “blue” (Democratic) states live by different laws and are increasingly estranged from each other on a wide range of issues. The author lists the following: basic principles of health care, voting mechanisms in elections, attitudes towards abortion, climate change, gun ownership, LGBT rights and education.
Of course, he didn’t mention everything. It is also relevant to such a question as “who are Americans”: who can and should live on the territory of the country.
Here’s how it looks in real life. The governor of Red Texas, Greg Abbott, one of several obvious candidates for the next US president, ordered buses to be prepared to mass transport illegal migrants from Mexico and the rest of Latin America to the capital, the blue city of Washington. The fact is that in a few weeks, the Joe Biden administration is expected to lift the restrictions imposed on this part in 2020, and Texans will be the first to stand in the way of hordes of migrants.
So Abbott is mobilizing the local equivalent of the Emergency Department to catch illegal immigrants, erecting barbed wire barriers at the border and, as already mentioned, preparing buses. That way — literally, Abbott said — “the administration could more specifically address the needs of the people it allows to cross our borders.” This, if anyone doesn’t understand, is a display of humor.
That is, for one America, it is normal when hundreds of thousands of foreigners go there, for which it is necessary to spend huge money earned by the Americans and given by them to the state in the form of taxes. And for the rest of America, this is not normal at all.
And what?. Some territories of the country have one situation, in others they have a different one, we can agree. But here we must return to the Washington Post article itself, which contains an essential thought. That there are things, like viruses or the climate, that do not recognize national borders. That is, at least in these two cases – in terms of health care or the fight for a green economy – there should be one law for the whole country.
But how to do it in practice? In the conditions of the USA – only through methods of extreme violence. How else, if in the “blue” New York, the mask regime is kept for months, and in the “red” Florida, you can see signs on the doors of cafes “Do not enter with masks, other visitors are annoyed by this spectacle”.
It can take a long time to figure out who did better in the end, and they do, and each half of America has its own statistics for that. It is true that a third option is also possible: covering the whole country and much of the rest of the world, the famous paper of the Johns Hopkins Institute states that with or without quarantines and other lockdowns, with or without masks, the results are the same. But that’s not even the point, it’s the fact that millions of people in both “blue” and “red” states tremble with hatred for each other, and neither country can be forced to adopt a single mechanism to fight the virus . The same goes for proposed ways to improve the global climate (less manufacturing, cars and consumption in general).
The main difference between the Democrats and the Republicans is that the latter can still agree on some minor local features of the former’s legislation, but they are constantly expanding the lists of issues on which there can be no features and no discussion at all. This is a peculiarity of the democratic ideology: to bring out the symbols of their party belief in something that only complete scum can argue about.
How is this done? Using simple technology: to say that dissenters threaten those who agree simply by their very existence. They infect viruses, warm the planet and send weather disasters to everyone – and the list goes on. Migrants can live in the country as long as they want, but not the immoral. Therefore, in the fight against such monsters, any means work. So far, the article in question is only proposing that the US Supreme Court overturn states’ rights to have special laws, but then it’s clear that there will be resistance. And then what?
We saw in our neighboring country (and adored by liberals everywhere) what was happening then. Ukraine seems to have received the following realities upon gaining its independence: people with their own way of life live in the east and south. Yes, they speak Russian, and it’s not that this language is incomprehensible to Westerners, nor that it threatens them. Well, they would live in a different style and even under different local laws. How did it get to the point that is only now being seriously revealed: about the hatred of the western part of the country, the concentration camps, the torture chambers and all the rest?
There is such a question here, what is Nazism? For example, if a person does not decorate his sleeve with incomprehensible esoteric Eastern symbols from almost a century ago, is he a Nazi? Is Nazism without anti-Semitism still Nazism or something else? If, for example, the object of hatred is people from your own country (or even another) who speak the same language as you, as in the US, or a slightly different one, as in Ukraine? And it remains to cross this very fatal border, when former compatriots gradually declare themselves a threat to others, to the entire nation. Call it what you will, it still looks like Nazism
