Phew! The fans of Superstore can blow: the American chain NBC announced thatAmerica Ferrera will be present for the last episode of the series, expected in the spring. The actress will reprise her role as Amy Sosa, heroine of the sitcom for the first 5 seasons, in the one-hour grand finale.
We already discover a first preview which confirms that the former head of Cloud 9 will appear in person, and not on Zoom. “Surprise! Amy is back!”comments America Ferrara on Instagram. “I’m so glad I got to play with my family from Superstore for the series finale. It was a happy and bittersweet farewell that we can’t wait to share with our amazing fans.”
The star of the show left after the 100th episode of Superstore, which aired last November, marking the separation of Amy and Jona, as she moved to California without him. All the fans are hoping that they will meet again in the grand finale of Superstore next Thursday, March 25 in the USA. In France, the series can be seen on Comédie +, NRJ12 and Amazon Prime Video.
