Although the United States has approved some of the Covid-19 vaccines, the death toll kept increasing : according to an official report from Johns Hopkins University published Tuesday, December 14, more than 800,000 victims have lost their lives to the virus since the start of the pandemic.
In a statement, Joe Biden pays tribute to the victims by saying that “We remember each person, the lives they have lived, and we pray for their loved ones.”
As we mark 800,000 American deaths due to COVID-19, we must remember all those we have lost — and pray for their loved ones, especially during this holiday season.
Please, get vaccinated and get your booster. We will beat COVID-19 and move forward, together, as one nation.
