America advances to the quarterfinals of the Leagues Cup

In a game of twists and turns, the Águilas del América advanced to the quarterfinals of the Leagues Cup by beating St. Louis City 4-2.

With a double from Brian Rodríguez, the Azulcremas defeated their rival from Los Angeles at the Dignity Health Sports Park in Los Angeles and will face Colorado Rapids for a place in the semifinals.
