AMD Ryzen 9000X3D Series Launch Date Confirmed: What to Expect and Price Cuts Announced

After a long period of rumors and speculation, AMD has finally confirmed when the Ryzen 9000X3D series will be officially launched.

AMD is expected to appear Ryzen 7 9800X3D officially later this week. Now it looks like there could be an event for the entire Ryzen 9000X3D series as AMD has confirmed when the upcoming processor series will be officially launched.

So far AMD has not shared any specifications for the upcoming processors. So the clock frequency, the amount of L3 cache and the clock frequency are still unknown until the manufacturer event.

The company also takes the opportunity to confirm price reductions on the four current processor models from the Ryzen 9000 series. From now on, the target prices have dropped by a few hundred Swedish kroner.

The Ryzen 9000 series is said to be very tough. The price cut and earlier launch of the Ryzen 9000X3D series than we expected could be the result of slow sales. However, this is not something that AMD itself confirmed and probably never will. A pre-Christmas trade launch and a lower price on existing processors could be a good move to shake up the processor lineup.
