A few days ago, whistleblower chi11eddog took the lead in sharing the performance test of Ryzen 9 7950X3D, covering the highest 1080P special effect scores of 5 games. The comparison objects include the Ryzen 9 7950X without 3D cache and Intel’s popular flagship Core i9-13900K.
Judging from the results, it is quite gratifying for AMD. “Assassin’s Creed: Viking Era”, “Far Cry 5”, “Lola the Tomb Raider: Shadow”, and “Tunnel of Tremors” are all complete wins, and only slightly lost to Intel in “Star Control”.
Among them, the leading range is as high as 35%. On average, 7950X3D is 18% higher than 7950X and 12% higher than 13900K.
