Recently introduced graphics cards AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT a Radeon RX 7700 XT are hitting store shelves worldwide today, and are also available at some local retailers (others are expected to make them available for purchase in the next few hours). So if you’re a fan of the red team and you’re after new graphics with enough power to play at 1440p, now’s your chance to upgrade.
In domestic e-shops, the cheapest available models are on sale with an amount slightly exceeding the recommended price. For example, the AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT, a model with a truncated Navi 32 chip that competes with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB, is can be purchased from approximately CZK 12,200. The recommended price, converted from euros, is only CZK 11,800. The more expensive Radeon RX 7800 XT, competing with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070, is then offered from 13,500 CZK.
In terms of specifications, the Radeon RX 7800 XT bets on full Navi 32 chip configurationwhich provides 60 computing units a 64MB Infinity Cache. The memory capacity is 16 GB and uses a 256-bit bus running at 19.5 Gb/s. In the basic versions, the GPU can reach a boost frequency of up to 2430 MHz, and the whole model is designed with value TBP 263 W.
The cheaper Radeon RX 7700 XT also features a Navi 32 graphics core, however it offers only 54 computing units and the capacity of Infinity Cache has dropped to 48 MB (as well as the number of RT Accelerators and AI Accelerators). It boasts 12GB of memory with a 192-bit bus interface and a speed of 18 Gb/s. TBP presents this time 245 W.
