AMD processors up to 15% slower in Windows 11

Recently released Windows 11 have problem with AMD processors. These are up to 15% slower. One problem is in the timing of the L3 buffer, which is up to 3x slower. The second problem is in UEFI CPPC2 (collaborative power and performance), which does not use the fastest kernel.

The repair is expected this month. So far, AMD recommends not using Windows 11.
