VEENENDAAL – Ambulance workers helped catch a ‘crook’ on Sunday morning, the Veenendaal police reported on Facebook. The employees saw a van swinging “awfully” on the A12. “Normally their primary task is of course elsewhere, but in this case they found the behavior so dangerous that they alerted the police and followed this van for a short time,” the police wrote in the Facebook message.
