In early November, it became clear that Johnny Depp went losing out of the injury case against the newspaper The Sun, which had described the actor as “wife abuser” against ex-wife Amber Heard (34).
The couple’s problems have long since become a public dispute, and on both sides there are fans who support their idol. What has actually taken place in the two-year marriage, and if any of the parties are innocent, there is hardly any conclusion.
In court, however, it emerged that The Sun in most cases kept its word in the mention of Depp.
Heard, on the other hand, has not come out of it well either, and is accused of violence against her ex-husband. She also admits that she has resorted to physical violence against Depp. However, she came out of the trial best.

Signature campaign
When the outcome became clear, the news came that Depp had become asked to resign from the role as the villain Gellert Grindelwald in the “Fantastic Beasts” movies.
Heard, on the other hand, has not had any concrete consequences in terms of career, and there are now more who want to change that. She is in fact in the “Aquaman” sequel, where she plays the main character Jason Momoa.
Almost 1,500,000 people have now signed one signature campaign to get Heard removed from the movie. Several have also speculated whether Warner Bros. would remove her from the role of Mera in recent months, precisely in connection with the trial.
Heard himself puts an end to these speculations.
– I am super happy for all the love from the fans and how much they have appreciated “Aquaman”, and that it has created so much excitement for “Aquaman” and Mera that we can come back. I’m so much looking forward to filming, she says Entertainment Weekly.
The 34-year-old adds that she hopes the recording will start next year. However, the sequel has not received the green light from Warner Bros., and the cast has not been confirmed either.
– Paid rumors and paid campaigns on social media do not dictate role decisions because they have no basis in reality, she says about the demands to have her removed from the film.
Depp was thus fired from the same production company, Warner Bros., but so far there is little indication that the ex-wife will suffer the same fate. Depp has starred in the first two “Fantastic Beasts” movies, but now there must be a replacement.
