When Notino entered Italy, it bet on cooperation with Alena Šeredová. The Czech model has been living on the Apennine Peninsula for a long time, the customers there know her, and it was a hit in the ass for the Czech e-shop with perfumery and cosmetics. Similar to when he chose actress Małgorzata Socha in Poland. “Notin’s partnerships in these countries worked great. In Italy, where we were just starting out, we managed to raise brand awareness a lot with the help of the ambassador campaign. This is also why we are the leader in the Italian e-commerce market in the sale of cosmetics and fragrances,” explains Martina Juráňová from Notino. Now the Polish-Czech singer Ewa Farna will appear in their campaigns.

After successful embassies in Italy and Poland, other big campaigns are in full swing Note also in the Czech Republic, Slovakia or Romania. It will also have a new face in Italy, where it established a collaboration with model Bianca Balti. In Slovakia, he works with actress Kristína Svarinská and in Romania with singer Theo Rose. In the Czech Republic, Ewa Farna, a leading representative of the Czech music scene, has become Notina’s new ambassador, who in recent weeks also appeared as an opening act at a big concert by the famous singer Ed Sheeran in Hradec Králové.

“Cooperation with Notin simply makes sense to me. It fits me as a woman who shops there, but it also fits the concept of what I do in music. I try to emphasize the ideas of selfcare and making everyone feel good about themselves in my lyrics as well,” says Ewa Farna, who will be part of the Feel Good campaign. Its goal is to make online shopping and product selection easier for customers using the latest technology. In the case of Notin, for example, it is an application in which, in addition to shopping, it is possible to have your skin analyzed or to choose a suitable shade of make-up, lipsticks, blushes or eye shadows using a virtual mirror.

“Connecting Notino with well-known faces is key for us in our marketing strategy. When working with ambassadors, it is also important for us that it is an authentic connection. At the right time and with the right face that really likes Notino, buys from us and resonates with our values.” explains Martina Juráňová, Head of Brand Management Notina. According to her, the ambassador campaign is also important from a business point of view, but the most important thing is that connecting with well-known faces builds the brand’s image.

Today, Notino operates in twenty-seven European countries, and the year before last, its sales rose to more than twenty-three billion crowns. Today, Notina is the largest European online store with perfumes, cosmetics and other health products. Its offer includes over one hundred thousand products from more than two and a half thousand brands and it is an authorized partner of world brands such as Dior, Prada, Hermès, Versace, Lancôme, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent and Estée Lauder. It fulfills 19 million orders annually and sells more than 100 million products. It thus addresses over 24 million customers throughout Europe.

As part of the cooperation with the new ambassadors, she wants to strengthen her position on the market even more and reach out to other new customers. “The evaluation of brand campaigns is not entirely simple and it is necessary to look at different data from different points of view. It is a complex process. In addition to the classic data that we measure regularly, we also do, for example, qualitative research, in which we find out how the ambassador’s connection with our brand affects people,” adds Martina Juráňová from Notin.
