On October 22-23, the Chechen State Pedagogical University will host the Youth Forum of “Professionality” Ambassadors. This unique event will bring together ambassadors who will be able to meet, exchange experiences and work in groups.
The forum is aimed at creating a youth community of public opinion leaders in the vocational education system, as well as promoting blue-collar professions and the federal project “Professionalism”. Organizers are the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and the Institute for the Development of Vocational Education.
Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov noted: “The “Professionality” project provides young people with the opportunity to obtain a sought-after specialty and start working without additional retraining, starting with a competitive salary. It is important that as many schoolchildren as possible learn about these opportunities. Ambassadors share their experience and conduct career guidance events.”
This year the central theme of the forum is “Burning Hearts of Professionalism”. 500 people from 79 regions will take part, including ambassadors and their supervisors – teachers from technical schools and colleges.
The forum program includes discussions on training and updating the system of secondary vocational education for Russia’s technological leadership. Master classes on public speaking, content creation, and creative sessions on youth community development are also planned.
The project “Ambassadors of Professionalism” has been implemented since July 2022. During this time, 635 teams were assembled with the participation of about 4,000 people. In 2023, teams conducted 12,000 events, reaching more than 3,000,000 students.
