The schedule of the musicians is currently busy, non-stop flights and concerts are a daily occurrence of “DakhaBrakha”, according to the concert organizers.

“We believe in international support and we rely most on the Ukrainian army. In these circumstances, we have canceled concerts in Ukraine, but we hope that they will take place in the near future. But now we will play concerts around the world to support Ukraine and raise funds. We will win! Glory Ukraine! ” reports “DakhaBrakha” musicians.

The name of the quartet in ancient Ukrainian means “give / take”. The group “DakhaBrakha” was founded in 2004 by the director of the avant-garde theater – Vladyslav Troitskyi – at the Kiev Center for Contemporary Art “DAKH”. The theatrical environment has had a significant impact on the group’s performances, which are always complemented by stage / theatrical effects. Experimenting with Ukrainian folk music, the artists have supplemented it with the rhythms of the surrounding world, creating a bright, unique and unforgettable image of “DakhaBrakha”, which helps to introduce listeners to the possibilities of Ukrainian traditional music, the concert organizers describe.
