E-commerce giant ‘Amazon’ has so far not achieved significant success and profits with its voice assistant ‘Alexa’. To change that, the company seems to have decided to follow other smart assistant developers and launch a paid version of “Alexa” later this year, which could be called “Alexa Plus.”
It is currently known that this advanced voice assistant would incorporate generative artificial intelligence technology, which would allow the smart assistant to become much more useful and, for example, provide more detailed and accurate answers to queries. As yet unconfirmed information suggests that “Alexa Plus” could see the light of day on June 30, but the possible price of the subscription has not yet been made public.
