Amazon has been criticized by fans for its promotional image of the Fallout series. The fact that the creators of the show could use a neural network to create an advertising poster was first noticed by a Twitter user named Kenney.
Fallout fans have noticed that the red car has a hood instead of a trunk in the foreground. Users also found it strange that the yellow building in the background has no windows, one of the signs has random symbols instead of a normal phrase, a female pedestrian has three legs, and the very presence of pedestrians on the sidewalk between two lanes of the road, along which cars drive in one direction.
The Fallout adaptation is being produced by Kilter Films. The series is executive produced by Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan (Westworld). The show is co-created by Todd Howard of Bethesda Game Studios and James Altman of Bethesda Softworks. The premiere is scheduled for 2024.
