The American enterprise Amazon has acquired the Belgian firm Klostermans, which specializes in producing technological know-how and the design of machines used in warehouses.
The well known digital retail huge said it has been collaborating with the Belgian organization since 2019, explaining that it takes advantage of the company’s technologies and equipment to transportation and shop large products and get ready them for supply.
Klostermans will be a part of Amazon Robotics, the Amazon arm centered on automated process progress in the company’s warehouses.
Interestingly, “Amazon Robotics” was formed just after “Amazon” obtained “Keva Units”, which specializes in production innovative warehouse machinery, about 10 a long time back in a $ 775 million deal.
