Amazon

Salve,

I’m here to ask if anyone is in the same situation as me regarding payments by Amazon following the introduction of the new policy of transferring funds after 7 days from the delivery date.

In my case, given that up until a month ago, I could request payments every 24 hours, now despite having requested an extension, I have never received a response but the biggest problem is that beyond this, despite many of my orders were delivered well over 7 days from Amazon’s last estimated delivery date (even longer if you considered the actual delivery date), as of today my funds are still held as a reserve and I have not received payments since September 19th.

I have tried to open cases and they are always forwarded to the famous “competent office” and then disappear into oblivion and never receive a response either via Amazon notification or via email.

On Friday an Amazon operator told me that in addition to the 7 days I have to wait another 7 days for “customer satisfaction” but this new rule is not only not found in the Amazon policy but in any case it should not affect the payments given that my orders have been delivered after 14 days.

This problem is present not only for the Italian account but for all the marketplaces and I have more than 20k blocked and honestly it creates problems for me in paying suppliers and all the other costs that a business may have.

First of all, I ask for the intervention of @Morgana_Amazon@Minerva_Amazon@Simon_Amazon, hoping that they can give me more clarification on the matter and perhaps help me and I also ask the other sellers on the forum if they are experiencing the same problem.

Thanks in advance
